VoltNest – Return & Refund Policy
At VoltNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we proudly serve a global community outside the UAE, we have designed an easy and transparent return process to ensure a seamless shopping experience no matter where you are located.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our global support team at support@voltnestuae.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: As an international retailer selling outside the UAE, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@voltnestuae.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
