Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Regional Shipping Transit Times

We proudly ship our premium tech accessories globally. To avoid unexpected surprises, please find our exact transit windows by region below:

  • United Arab Emirates: 3–5 business days.

  • GCC Neighbors (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): 5–10 business days.

  • Africa Region (Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Kenya, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa): 10–26 business days.

Shipping Cost & Payments

  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: All international orders must be paid 100% upfront using secure online checkout methods (including PayPal). Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import clearance fees, or local taxes applicable in their destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing an active tracking number to follow your package's delivery progress online.

Delays & Fulfillments

VoltNest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by international customs clearance processing, courier service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
