Our Commitment At VoltNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with
  • Screen protectors and hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return Contact us at voltnest@zohomail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when contacting us.

Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
