Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within the UAE

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE. Payment is collected by the delivery courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. COD orders that are refused or uncollected may result in future order restrictions.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. COD is not available for international orders.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delays VoltNest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at voltnest@zohomail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
